A true tree hugger, this rare Philodendron does not form a trunk. Instead it uses a vine to climb along while securing aerial roots to trees. It is sometimes found growing along the ground. The leaf shape changes gradually from small, heartshaped leaves in young plants to large, deeply incised leaves in mature plants.
